These oak wood smoking chunks are made from used oak barrels from the Rioja region of Spain. To use our Oak Brandy smoking chunks, first soak them for at least 30 minutes. and be sure to let the wood drip dry for a few minutes before adding it to the fire. You want the wood to be moist, not dripping wet. Next add our Chunks to your coals or use on their own for that original wood BBQ with a prolonged wood smokin’.  They will infuse the food and enhance the flavours,
