All bulk orders are transported via our delivery partners and will reach you on a pallet. All deliveries will be booked in before a delivery takes place to ensure a smooth transition to you. Can I choose a delivery date and time?
All of our bulk deliveries of logs are handled by a reliable freight company and are shipped on a pallet for safe transport. After placing your order on our website, you will receive a phone call within a few days to schedule a suitable delivery day (within 5 working days) available Monday – Friday.
While you won’t be able to select a specific delivery time for that day, you will receive a notification on the day of delivery outlining an arrival window, ensuring you’re prepared for their arrival.

How long do these logs burn for?
Our extra dry kiln-dried logs typically burn at least twice as long than logs made from unseasoned wood. The hotter the fire, the faster the logs will burn. However, a slow-burning fire fueled by our logs can provide long-lasting heat and ambience. It is important to use only premium quality kiln-dried logs for a longer burn and maximum heat output.

Here at the Green Olive Firewood Company, we like to keep our customers happy and for deliveries to go as smoothly as possible. We aim to get your delivery to you within 2-3 working days of order (3-5 days for pallet deliveries). We believe in good communication between us and you so here are a few pointers:
- Delivery charges for any Green Olive Firewood products listed on our website are based on weight and location. Delivery is free to most mainland postcodes. However, please note that some postcodes may be excluded, so please input your postcode to receive an accurate delivery quote.
- We strive to deliver your items as close to the front of your property as possible. For smaller items, we utilize a reliable parcel network like DPD to deliver them right to your doorstep. For larger and bulkier items, your order will be delivered on a sturdy wooden pallet using a trusted delivery network such as Palletways. Rest assured, pallet deliveries will be set down, leaving the pallet as close to the front of your property as possible. In rare cases, they may be dropped off at the kerbside.
