Why CHOOSE OUR Sustainable british Lumpwood Charcoal:

It’s all About the Flavour

Sustainable British Lumpwood is from our friendly emission retort at Ridge Farm West Sussex. It is heated and oxygen-deprived in one of our friendly emissions charcoal retorts powered by farm waste wood. Any charcoal we import is also from managed woodlands. Our lumpwood is from a natural mix of our locally sourced hardwoods from managed woodlands similar to our firewood logs, such as Birch, Beech, Ash and Oak. It results in a delightful high heat flavour-infusing, sustainable and natural charcoal product.

We have a wide variety of other Charcoal products to meet every customer’s need plus various types of Smokin’ Chips to add more flavour to your food.
