These chunks are made from our natural citrus wood, which is cut into small pieces approx 4-10cm. Citrus wood chunks are extremely dense firewood that burns with a fantastic aroma and the density of the wood means that it burns much longer than most woods here in the UK.

 

Add some of the wood along with your charcoal, or simply use them on their own for a 100% Barbeque. These chunks give a prolonged smokin’ and are perfectly paired with fish, light game, turkey, pork, ham, chicken and vegetables.
