Here at the Green Olive Firewood Company, we like to keep our customers happy and for deliveries to go as smoothly as possible. We aim to get your delivery to you within 3-5 working days of order. We believe in good communication between us and you so here are a few pointers:
As stated above we try to deliver within 3-5 days of placing your order. However we love customers to leave us instructions on the order. If we can leave the goods in a certain place, or any times/dates that are convenient or requested, or any other deliver notes or requests, please don’t hesitate to add these to your order.
For a specifically timed delivery, premium next day, out of normal working hours or out of delivery zone please contact us for a quotation
Where access is restricted to our delivery vehicle the order will be to delivered to kerbside only please contact us to discuss further prior to the dispatch of your order if you are concerned.
A minimum of 2.8m width for vehicle access is required to the property with a flat, firm, solid & even surface – manual handling devices will not move on gravel, lawned or soft areas
Bulk & heavy items such as 1 cubic metre and above to areas nationwide are usually delivered on a lorry using a delivery network on a pallet via a lorry with a tail lift so a minimum 2.8m vehicle access is required. The driver will have a manual handling truck and is not expected to move the delivery beyond the rear of the vehicle but our drivers will help as much as possible when able to. The pallet is part of the item and will be left with the goods at the customer’s property.
If we are delivering in our own van network to many parts of the southeast our delivery drivers will be as helpful as they can safely be. They will bring the bulk wood volume in barrow bags so these can be moved easily with a sack barrow so that you can store in a convenient place. Our drivers will be happy to move them to a front garden or a side alley but for health & safety purposes they cannot come through the house and they will only deliver to a back garden where there is very free and easy access. Please respect our drivers they will help but we have to keep them safe at all times.

Returns You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping – You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
